LOCATIONS

We are able to provide rental vehicles from over 2500 rental locations throughout the UK giving us the ability to service most normal rental requirements within two hours.  We also have access to an overseas network that covers most of the business and holiday destinations in the world.
 
VEHICLES
 
We can supply a complete range of vehicles including people carriers, minibuses, sports and exotic cars and a range of commercials including 7.5 ton, drop side, curtain-side, tipper and refrigerated trucks and vans.  We do not publish rates for these.  Prices can vary greatly from supplier to supplier and in different parts of the country, and we will always try to negotiate the best possible rate for you.  
 
RATES

Our rate structure has been produced with the experience gained from 25 years in the Rental Industry.  We believe it is cost-effective and offers our customers considerable overall savings to their car hire budgets.  Special reductions are available for pre-booked, long term rentals expected to exceed 28 days.
 
BOOKING PROCEDURE
 
With IVR you don't have to manage your own booking.  We have a dedicated reservations team who will manage the whole rental process for you.  Email or call to book, extend or terminate a rental and our team will arrange everything and confirm your requirements usually within ten minutes.  
 
INSURANCE
 
The majority of customers wish to use their own insurance cover.  All customers are required to sign the indemnity declaration on the account opening form.  If some, or all hires are to be covered by the customers own insurance we will need a copy of the insurance certificate on our file.  If you wish to purchase insurance for the duration of a hire we will quote insurance/CDW rate when the rental is placed, based on the most economical rate offered by our suppliers. Rates vary according to the category of vehicle booked.  Typically higher rates will be charged for sports, prestige and heavier goods vehicles.
 
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
 
The cost of delivery and collection varies according to location, the depot used, and whether a home delivery is required.  It can often be free of charge, but can vary between £15 and £20 each way.  We would advise on a rental by rental basis.
